Welcome to Tiketz ("Tiketz", "we", "our", or "us"). Tiketz is an online travel platform that facilitates flight bookings and related travel services. By accessing or using our website (www.tiketz.net) or our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. General Provisions
Tiketz acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers including airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. We do not own or operate airlines or other travel services. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective travel supplier.
2. Eligibility & Use Conditions
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You must have legal authority to book for yourself or others.
- You are financially responsible for all bookings made under your name.
3. Booking, Ticketing & Service Delivery Timeline
After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute the airline ticket. Once payment is processed and the airline issues the ticket, you will receive a separate e-ticket confirmation.
Tiketz can facilitate flight bookings for travel dates up to 11 months from the date of enquiry, subject to airline availability and fare rules.
Service & Ticket Delivery Time
- Airline tickets or standard travel services are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after successful payment processing.
- In certain cases, ticket issuance may be subject to airline verification procedures or fare rule validation.
- Technical, specialized, or non-standard travel services may require extended processing time and can take approximately 4–6 weeks from the date the sale is converted.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on airline policies, payment verification requirements, supplier processing times, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
Tiketz is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or overbooking.
4. Baggage Allowance
Baggage policies vary by airline and fare type. Some discounted fares may not include checked baggage. Passengers are responsible for verifying baggage limits directly with the airline before travel. Tiketz is not liable for additional baggage fees charged by airlines.
5. Travel Supplier Rules
All bookings are subject to the rules and restrictions of the respective airline or travel supplier. Violating supplier rules may result in cancellation without refund. Tiketz is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties.
6. Travel Documentation Requirements
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, transit documents, health documents, and any other required travel authorization. Tiketz is not responsible if a passenger is denied boarding or entry due to missing documentation.
7. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. By submitting payment details, you authorize Tiketz or its payment processors to charge the total booking amount. Tickets will not be issued until payment is successfully processed.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s fare rules. Some fares are fully non-refundable.
- Cancellation must be requested before scheduled departure.
- No-show passengers may forfeit the entire ticket value.
- Refunds may take up to 20 business days after airline approval.
- Service or processing fees charged by Tiketz are non-refundable.
9. Credit Card Chargebacks
By booking through Tiketz, you agree not to initiate improper chargebacks. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and recover associated costs.
10. Force Majeure
Tiketz shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, airline bankruptcy, or war.
11. Limitation of Liability
Tiketz acts solely as a booking intermediary. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures of airlines or travel suppliers. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total service fee paid to Tiketz.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on Tiketz including logos, design, graphics, and text is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without written consent.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tiketz harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved under the laws of India. Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal remedies in competent courts.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
